Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ontheedge.club (the "Website"), our events, our membership programs, and any services provided by On The Edge Club, s.r.o. ("On The Edge Club," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing the Website, purchasing a ticket, attending an event, applying for membership, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About On The Edge Club

On The Edge Club organizes adult sensual theatre performances, membership experiences, and private events under the brands On The Edge (OTE), Over The Edge (OVER), and Feel The Edge (FEEL).
2. Eligibility
Our events, memberships, and services are strictly reserved for adults aged 18 and over. By purchasing a ticket or applying for membership, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to verify identification and age at any point during application, purchase, or event entry, and to deny access to anyone who cannot verify eligibility.
You also confirm that you are able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence and of the Czech Republic.
3. Event Applications, Tickets, and Memberships
Application-based access. Many of our events and membership tiers require completing an application form. We review each application individually and reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant at our sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
Tickets. Tickets are sold through our authorized ticketing provider (currently Tixtree) or directly on ontheedge.club. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A successful purchase results in a confirmation email with your ticket or access code.
Memberships. Our membership programs (Core, Exclusive, and similar tiers) grant access to specific benefits as described at the time of purchase. Membership benefits, pricing, and availability may change; changes apply to new memberships or upon renewal.
Transferability. Tickets are personal and non-transferable without our prior written consent. Any attempt to resell a ticket without authorization voids the ticket and forfeits admission.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
By you. Due to the capacity-limited and curated nature of our events, tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. In exceptional circumstances (documented illness, bereavement), we may offer a credit for a future event at our discretion.
By us. If we cancel an event, you will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to another event of equivalent value. We are not liable for costs incurred by you in connection with a cancelled event beyond the ticket price itself (for example, travel or accommodation).
Rescheduling. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, a credit may be offered at our discretion.
5. Event Conduct and House Rules
Attendance at any On The Edge Club event is subject to our house rules and, where applicable, a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed at the venue or during the application process.
By attending, you agree to:
Respect the "No touch, just watch" principle at OTE and FEEL formats, unless the specific event format explicitly permits otherwise
Treat all performers, staff, and other guests with respect and consent
Refrain from photographing, filming, or recording any part of an event unless expressly authorized
Maintain strict confidentiality about the identity of other guests, performers, and the content of performances
Follow all instructions given by event staff and performers
Refrain from using drugs, bringing weapons, or behaving in a manner that disrupts the experience of others
Breach of conduct rules. We reserve the right to refuse entry, remove any guest from the venue, terminate membership, and bar future attendance for any violation, without refund. Serious breaches (in particular, breach of the confidentiality or NDA obligations) may result in contractual penalties of up to 1,000,000 CZK and legal action.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the Website and at our events (including logos, branding, photography, videos, written materials, performance choreography, and the "On The Edge," "Over The Edge," and "Feel The Edge" marks) is the property of On The Edge Club or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, adapt, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written permission.
Photographs or videos taken by us at events may be used for marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy, and only in ways that do not identify individual guests unless explicit consent has been obtained.
7. User-Generated Content and Communications
If you submit feedback, suggestions, testimonials, or other content to us (by email, Typeform, or otherwise), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content in connection with our services and marketing, with your name anonymized unless you have explicitly consented to attribution.
You agree not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Czech and EU law:
We provide the Website and our services "as is" and make no warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific event or membership giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, venue unavailability, strikes, or war. In such cases, we will offer a reasonable alternative where possible (rescheduling or credit).
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.ontheedge.club/privacy-policy. By using our services, you acknowledge the practices described there.
11. Account Security
If we provide you with access credentials (for example, a member login or event access code), you are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential and for all activity conducted under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email to active members or through a notice on our Website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services, membership, or Website at any time for breach of these Terms, for conduct that endangers other guests or our staff, or for any other reason permitted by law. In case of termination for cause, no refund is owed.
You may stop using our services at any time. For membership cancellation, contact info@ontheedge.club.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence that cannot be contractually overridden.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any event-specific NDA or house rules you sign, constitute the entire agreement between you and On The Edge Club regarding our services, and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
