This Privacy Policy describes how On The Edge Club ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ontheedge.club, apply for or attend our events, subscribe to our communications, or interact with our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pages and advertising.

  • Payment confirmation data (we do not store full card details; payments are processed by Tixtree)

  • Usage data on ontheedge.club (pages visited, time spent, device type, browser)

  • Interaction data on our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pages and ads, provided to us in aggregated form by Meta

Information from third parties

  • Contact lists and audience data from Ecomail, Tixtree, Typeform, and Meta Business Suite, only as part of our own business operations

  • Tixtree (ticketing and payment processing)

  • Typeform (event applications and questionnaires)

  • Ecomail (email marketing)

  • Google (Google Workspace, Drive, and analytics)

  • Our accounting and legal advisors, where necessary

  • Public authorities, if required by law

All third-party processors act on our instructions and are bound by data processing agreements that require them to protect your data.

6. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers (e.g. Meta, Google) are based in the United States. When we transfer personal data outside of the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards under GDPR Chapter V.

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to deliver essential site functions, analyze traffic, and measure advertising performance, including the Meta Pixel on Facebook and Instagram.

  • Event applications and ticket data: up to 3 years after the event

  • Newsletter subscriber data: until you unsubscribe, plus a reasonable grace period

  • Marketing audiences on Meta: in accordance with Meta's retention settings (up to 180 days for website custom audiences, unless refreshed)

9. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights concerning your personal data:

  • Right of access — to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you

  • Right to rectification — to correct inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — to request deletion of your data

  • Right to restrict processing — to ask us to limit how we use your data

  • Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

  • Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interest or direct marketing

  • Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, or online at uoou.gov.cz.

10. Data Deletion Requests

If you wish to delete all personal data we hold about you, send an email to info@ontheedge.club with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Include the email address and, if possible, the name under which you are registered in our systems.

We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain data (for example, payment records for tax purposes).

For Meta-related data (data we hold through Facebook or Instagram login, ad interactions, or Meta Pixel), you can also manage and delete this data directly in your Meta account settings.

11. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. This includes access controls, encryption in transit, limited staff access on a need-to-know basis, and data processing agreements with all our vendors.

No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps consistent with industry practice.

12. Children's Privacy

Our events and services are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from someone under 18, wewill delete it without delay.
